Nutella Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies
These cookies are a chocolate lover's dream! With a warm, gooey Nutella center wrapped in a soft, chewy chocolate chip cookie, they are the perfect treat for any occasion. The combination of rich Nutella and sweet chocolate chips makes every bite melt-in-your-mouth delicious.

Ingredients
- -120g Nutella
- -160g all-purpose flour (1 1/4 cups)
- -1/2 tsp baking soda
- -1/2 tsp baking powder
- -1/4 tsp kosher salt
- -110g unsalted butter, melted (1/2 cup)
- -100g light brown sugar, packed (1/2 cup)
- -70g granulated sugar (1/3 cup)
- -1tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- -1 large egg
- -150g dark chocolate chips (1 cup) + extra for topping
Directions
- Step 1
- Freeze Nutella Dollops: Scoop 8 tablespoons onto a parchment-lined plate and pop in the freezer while we make the cookie dough.
- Step 2
- Mix Dry Ingredients: Whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a small bowl.
- Step 3
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk butter and sugars for 1-2 minutes. Add egg and vanilla, whisk another 1-2 minutes.
- Step 4
- Combine: Fold in dry ingredients and don’t over mix, while some flour is still visible add your chocolate chips and finish mixing it all together. Chill dough for 30 minutes.
- Step 5
- Preheat & Prep: Heat oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment.
- Step 6
- Assemble Cookies: Scoop 55g (1/4 cup) dough, flatten, place the frozen Nutella in the center, and seal completely. At this stage I like to put the assembled cookies in the fridge for 10-15mins before baking.
- Step 7
- Bake: Place 3-4 cookies on the tray, top with extra chocolate chips, and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
