Strawberries & Cream Croissants

Ingredients
- -2 croissants
- -240g double cream
- -1/2tbsp powdered sugar
- -60g cream cheese or greek yogurt
- -strawberry jam (if you use store bought jam you can microwave the amount you are using for about 20-30 seconds in order to get it softer and more spreadable)
- -sliced strawberries
- -20g powdered sugar
Directions
- Step 1
- In a bowl add the heavy cream, powdered sugar and cream cheese. Whip until you get stiff peaks.
- Step 2
- Slice some strawberries and set aside
- Step 3
- Cut the croissants in half
- Step 4
- Using a piping bag or spoon fill the croissants with the cream filling.
- Step 5
- Add the strawberry jam and sliced strawberries on top
- Step 6
- Dust with some powdered sugar and enjoy!
