Pistachio Croissants
These Pistachio Croissants are a rich, nutty, and indulgent treat that looks bakery-worthy but is incredibly easy to make at home. Flaky, buttery croissants are filled with a luscious pistachio cream, then topped with even more pistachio spread, chopped pistachios, and a dusting of powdered sugar. Perfect for brunch, dessert, or when you just want to spoil yourself with something extra special.

Ingredients
- -2 croissants
- -240g double cream
- -2tbsp powdered sugar
- -60g pistachio spread
- -chopped pistachios
- -some extra pistachio spread
Directions
- Step 1
- In a bowl add the heavy cream, powdered sugar and pistachio spread. Whip until you get stiff peaks.
- Step 2
- Chop some pistachios and heat the extra pistachio spread to make it more soft and spreadable and set aside
- Step 3
- Cut the croissants in half
- Step 4
- Using a piping bag or spoon fill the croissants with the pistachio cream filling.
- Step 5
- Add pistachio spread and some chopped pistachios on top
- Step 6
- Dust with some powdered sugar, add a dollop of the pistachio cream on top of the croissants and sprinkle some more chopped pistachios. Drizzle the remaining of the pistachio spread on top of the croissants and enjoy
