Strawberries & Cream Croissants

These Strawberries & Cream Croissants are a quick and luxurious treat that brings bakery vibes right to your home. Flaky croissants are filled with a light whipped cream cheese filling, layered with soft strawberry jam and fresh berries, and finished with a dusting of powdered sugar. Perfect for brunch, dessert, or a sweet midday pick-me-up!

Ingredients
  • -2 croissants
  • -240g double cream
  • -1/2tbsp powdered sugar
  • -60g cream cheese or greek yogurt
  • -strawberry jam (if you use store bought jam you can microwave the amount you are using for about 20-30 seconds in order to get it softer and more spreadable)
  • -sliced strawberries
  • -20g powdered sugar
Directions
Step 1
In a bowl add the heavy cream, powdered sugar and cream cheese. Whip until you get stiff peaks.
Step 2
Slice some strawberries and set aside
Step 3
Cut the croissants in half
Step 4
Using a piping bag or spoon fill the croissants with the cream filling.
Step 5
Add the strawberry jam and sliced strawberries on top
Step 6
Dust with some powdered sugar and enjoy!
